Q: What is the best way to make a reservation?

A: Check in is from 3 pm and check out is at 12 noon
Q: Do you offer late check out?
A: Late check out is available at an additional fee of €25 per hour, maximum 3 hours.
Q: Do you have family rooms available?
A: Yes, we have Family rooms and interconnecting rooms that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children
Q: How do I make a group or multiple room booking?
A: Our website allows you to make multiple room bookings, however if you need more than 10 rooms, please contact us directly on 01 629 5100 or firstname.lastname@example.org as additional policies / supplements may apply
Q: Do you offer wheelchair accessible rooms?
A: Yes, we have 2 bedrooms that are wheelchair accessible with wet room style bathroom for easy access
Q: Do you offer child rates, cots or camp bed?
A: Yes, please contact our reservations team on 01 629 5100 or info@courtyard to place a request
Q: Can I book without a credit/debit card?
A: No, a valid credit/debit card is required to complete a booking
Q: Is my credit card being charged at the time of booking?
A: Unless otherwise stated in the T&C's of your reservation, the card provided to secure your reservation will be charged on the morning of arrival
Q: Where can I see the booking conditions? What do I do if I did not receive a booking confirmation?
A: You can review your booking conditions on your confirmation letter. If you did not receive one, contact our reservations team on 01 629 5100 or email@example.com to confirm your e-mail address and a new confirmation letter will be issued.
Q: Can I cancel/amend my reservation?
A: Yes, we have 48 hours cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or amend your reservation, you can do so freely within the free 48 hour cancellation policy. Note some special offers may be non-refundable. non-transferable bookings, refer to your T&C's
Bookings made via 3rd party websites such as Booking.com / Expedia must be canceled /amended directly through them
Q: Can I arrange extras or gifts to be placed in the room prior to check in? What do you offer?
A: Yes, you can add extras while making your reservation or contact our reservations team on 01 629 5100 or firstname.lastname@example.org. We offer Flowers, Chocolates, Wine, Attraction Tickets, Afternoon Tea and more.
Q: What should I do if I lost or forgot something in the room?
A: Contact us on 01 6295100 or on email@example.com and we will check the lost property

Q: Can I have breakfast / dinner even if I am not staying at the hotel?
A: Yes, we offer breakfast and dinner options in both our SteakHouse 1756 Restaurant and in the Bars. Booking in advance is strongly recommended in order to avoid disappointments. Contact us on 01 629 5100 or on firstname.lastname@example.org to book your table.
Q: Can I reserve a table in the restaurant / bar?
A: Yes, please contact our reception team on 01 629 5100 or email@example.com who can help reserve a table for you. Our menus are also available on our website
Q: Are special requests such as gluten-free meal / vegan meals available?
A: Yes, we cater for special diatery requirements. Please contact our reception team on 01 629 5100 or firstname.lastname@example.org and inform them of any special requests.

Q: Are there meeting and conference facilities at the hotel?
A: Yes, we have four conference rooms in total that can cater for your conference / meeting needs. Q: How many people can a meeting room cater for?
A:Our meeting rooms cater for up to 150 pax theater style. We are currently following all Government guidelines regarding converence / meeting rooms.

Q: Do you cater for weddings and how do I enquire?
A: Yes, we cater for weddings & post wedding parties. For more information and to view our wedding packages click here. Q: Can I purchase a gift voucher as a present?
A: Yes, we have a number of different vouchers to choose from. View all our available vouchers here.
Q: Is there parking at the hotel & can I reserve a parking spot?
A: Car parking is available at the hotel. We have 55 spaces in total and there is no charge for this facility. Car parking spaces are strictly on a first come - first served basis. Additional car parking is available at the town car park directly adjacent to the Hotel. Rates: €1.20 per hour between 10 am-4 pm Monday - Friday. There is no charge on weekends.
Q: Do you offer laundry services?

A: No, only guide dogs are allowed
Q: Where is the Court Yard Hotel? How close are you to...?
A: Situated in the heart of Leixlip, Co. Kildare the Court Yard Hotel is the ideal location for all types of travelers. Located just off the N4 to Galway or Sligo and only a shot drive from the M50. To access our car park, turn left at the lights on the Main Street and approach the barrier at the end of the public car park.
Dublin Zoo- 30 minutes drive / Dublin City Center - 40 minutes / Dublin Airport - 30 Minutes / Tayto Park - 35 minutes / Guinness Storehouse - 25 minutes / AquaZone - 20 minutes
Q: What public transport is nearby? Can I get direct transfer to Dubin Airport?
A: Dublin Bus - 66 and 66A - Direct Bus access from Merrion Sq in Dublin City to Leixlip. The bus stop is a short 2 minutes walk from the hotel.
Louisa Bridge train station - approx. 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes in a taxi
Confey train station - approx. 15 minutes walk or 3 minutes in a taxi
Q: Is WiFi available at the hotel / in the room?
A: Yes, Wifi is available throughout the whole hotel
